     Mike Baxter is a lifelong resident of Mississippi and has been practicing law for 30 years.  As a result, he brings a wealth of knowledge, experience and wise counsel to both the courtroom and the conference room. Many people can litigate a case. Far fewer know how to effectively try a case. Mike knows how to do both.

     Mike has, through the years, successfully tried many jury trials to a final verdict. For example, he has tried numerous truck and vehicle related accident cases, products liability cases, premises liability cases, construction related cases and insurance coverage and bad faith cases to a jury verdict.      Mike is a persistent advocate on behalf of his clients. He understands that every case is unique and that every client wants their case to move forward in an expeditious and orderly manner.
